Description

For bars processing in cramped spaces (e.g. cabins). 9042/AL is used with all MULTIFOR pumps and control units.

It has the same characteristics of the TRIS 9042, but in horizontal position it can swivel on a vertical pin. By doing so, the bar remains stationary on its support surface, taking up less space in the working area.

Equipment such as punches, tools and accessories for TRIS units are suitable for small and large projects and help make things easier for operators practically and for saving time.

Specifically, the TRIS 9042/AL can be used with Multifor pumps and control units. This equipment is considerably versatile as it can carry out many different processes. The TRIS is made up of a single-acting hydraulic cylinder which has:

• A practical tool change system
• One side which is hinged and can be opened completely that allows bars to be inserted and taken our simply and quickly
• A stem-mount gauge in millimetres that controls the tool stroke and helps with machining repetition without error
• A protractor for reading the angle during bending operations (on request). This allows you to carry out repetitive work without having to check measurements or angles every time.

To obtain maximum working precision as well as to save on processing times, this tool is specially designed and logically and practically manufactured. It comes with all adjustments and references to quickly position the bars or to carry out necessary machining without having to trace or mark.

Equidistant punching can be carried out on bars of max. 120 mm.

The holes are made using special punches that extract automatically from the bar.
