1. 4-place carrier tray automatically loaded with empty blister packs
2. Manual filling of blister packs with product
3. Tray moves to Multivac T700 Sealer #1
4. Automatic sealing + labelling via Multivac MR625 Cross Web Labeller
5. Small blister packs are automatically transferred into larger blister packs (double pack) using a Multivac H242 Robotic Handler (double pack)
6. Packs placed into 2-place carrier tray
7. Tray moves to Multivac T700 Sealer #2 for final sealing
8. Finished trays move to manual unloading & boxing stations via a Multivac H242 Robotic Handler
9. Three inspection stages ensure quality control
