Machine Description

The sandblaster is equipped with a proven control system, a robust and spacious cabinet with doors opening on both sides, two industrial sandblasting guns, eight ceramic nozzles, two pairs of high-quality protective gloves, internal workspace lighting, large viewing windows (no blind spots), and two separate cyclone filters. The large 1200-litre working chamber allows easy sandblasting of large and heavy components, making the machine extremely versatile.

Design and technology

The CORMAK 1200L model is manufactured from high-grade steel and protected against corrosion. Two workstations located on opposite sides of the cabinet allow simultaneous sandblasting from both sides of the workpiece. Each workstation is equipped with an independent sandblasting gun, pressure regulator, foot pedal and cyclone dust extractor. This configuration ensures high efficiency while maintaining safety and ergonomic working standards. The spacious interior and wide access openings allow easy handling of large components.

Precision and work efficiency

A working pressure range of 4–8 bar allows the parameters to be adjusted to the type of processed material and abrasive used. The dual-nozzle system and independent workstations ensure high productivity without compromising precision. Closed-loop operation supported by effective dust extraction provides the operator with good visibility and a clean working environment.
