Description

The PE/ PE-4 series mechanical presses are suitable for a wide variety of applications in industries performing die-cutting, stamping, cutting, and deep drawing tasks.

They are constructed from S355JR steel, stabilized, and machined at the end of the welding process to ensure perfect parallelism and precision. Designed and calculated using finite element software, we consistently guarantee our high standards of precision and quality.

The connecting rod is made of high-strength forged steel with high-performance alloyed bushings.

To ensure perfect maintenance and operation, our entire range is equipped with centralized automatic lubrication with a programmable progressive system.

The transmission between the motor shaft and the eccentric shaft is via a reducer gearbox with ground gears. This system allows us to work with high tonnage at relatively low nominal speeds.

The ram is made of welded and stabilized steel with 4 ground prismatic guides. It incorporates a base for recovering excess lubrication oil. In models from 160 to 315 tons, the screw adjustment is motorized.

Available with power ranging from 40 to 315 Tons.

Overload and Compensation

It is equipped with an overload protection unit that protects the machine components and the installed tools.

A safety valve releases the oil from the chamber when, for any reason, the set value, which is higher than the nominal load, is reached.

Clutch - Brake

The clutch-brake is electro-pneumatically operated, equipped with a double-body safety solenoid valve and cross-flow.

The pneumatic system includes a compensation tank, regulator-lubricator filter, control pressure switch, and safety valve.

Electrical Installation and Safety

The electrical panel includes a selector switch that allows you to select the type of work to be performed in manual, semi-automatic, or automatic mode. The electrical and pneumatic operations are redundant and self-controlled. They include an additional PLC for operation and safety.

The operation is carried out using a two-hand push button and a low-voltage electric pedal.

To ensure safety, they include practicable side guards with category IV photoelectric barriers located on the sides of the working area.

It complies with and meets all essential safety and health requirements according to CE regulations.
