Machine Description

CORMAK 460x1500 is a professional universal lathe designed for precision machining of metal parts in industrial plants, workshops and toolrooms. With its rigid cast iron construction, large spindle bore and 3-axis digital readout, this conventional lathe ensures stability, repeatability and efficiency even in the most demanding applications.

Design and technology

The CORMAK 460x1500 model is designed for intensive use. The large-bore spindle is mounted on reinforced bearings, driven by a multi-range gearbox with hardened and ground gears. Parameter control is conveniently operated from the ergonomic control panel. Thread cutting in a wide range (metric, inch, module, D.P.) without the need to change gears in the gearbox significantly increases operator efficiency.

Precision and performance

The machine is equipped with a leadscrew and feed shaft for automatic feeds and precise threading. The built-in threading dial indicator facilitates thread pitch reproduction and speeds up subsequent passes. The digital readout system provides full positioning control on all three axes, making it ideal for tasks requiring high precision and repeatability.
