RHTC Presses PPMV-220

This 220 ton hydraulic press with four columns is manufactured with 4 cylindrical columns to ensure a perfect parallelism of the upper table. We recommend this type of hydraulic press when you have work that requires a high accuracy or for special deep-drawing tasks.

Profi Press four column presses have a manual, semi-automatic or automatic mode and the presses work with 2 different cylinder speeds. The cylinder stroke and the speed-change position are easy to set with limit-switches. Furthermore, these models include a pressure switch, a manometer in tons and are operated by an electric foot pedal.

All our hydraulic presses comply with CE-regulations and work with a hydraulic pressure lower than 320 bar to guarantee a great durability. Our 220 ton hydraulic press with four columns is made in Europe and we guarantee an extremely high quality of this press.

These hydraulic four column presses are suitable for forming, stamping, die-cutting and deep-drawing. Made in Europe. 

The four column presses are equipped with a mechanized upper- and lower table with T-grooves. Four cylindrical, chromed columns are installed to ensure perfect parallelism and alignment in the vertical movement of the upper table. Also equipped with level IV light guards situated at the front of the press, two fixed lateral protection panels and one protection panel (which can be opened) with a magnetic detector disconnection switch situated at the rear.

The control panel features a selector for manual, semi-automatic or automatic operation and a selector for the two different cylinder speeds (fast approach speed and slow working speed). It also contains a pressure switch and manometer. Operation of these PPMV-models is carried out by a foot pedal and the cylinder stroke is easy to adjust with the end-stroke switches on the side of the presses.
