Description

The RM-1000E rigid arch hydraulic press belongs to the R series and is custom-designed for cold stamping work.

It features a top table and a bottom table made of C45E steel.

The press consists of an electrowelded structure made exclusively of S355JR steel. It is stabilized and machined after the structural welding process, with a top table equipped with four guides with maintenance-free antifriction bushings to ensure perfect parallelism and precision, calculated and designed using finite element software.

It uses an optimized hydraulic system with a pressure of less than 290 Bar, thus ensuring long-lasting durability and reliability in performance.

It meets and satisfies all essential safety and health requirements according to CE regulations.

Structure and Tables

Rigid structure with closed sides, stabilized and machined after the welding process, and constructed from ST-52/3.

Top table made of C45E with dimensions of 1,450 x 900 mm and T-slots.

Fixed, highly robust base designed to withstand extreme forces well above its nominal rating.

Bottom table made of C45E with dimensions of 1,450 x 960 mm and T-slots.

Limit switches installed on the right side for adjusting the upper and lower strokes and for speed changes.

Cylinder and Hydraulic Group

Two 500 Tn cylinders each and 4 cylinders for rapid advance.

Motorized hydraulic group with 1 speed and pre-filling valves for rapid approach of the top table.

Main motor of 38 kW.

DENISON-PARKER gear pump.

Forced cooling system with Air-Oil radiator.

BOSCH REXROTH pressure and control solenoid valves.

Rapid system with BOSCH REXROTH pre-filling valves.

Maximum pressure switch for reverse maneuver or end of cycle.
