Description

The Hidrogarne S series motorized double-frame hydraulic press  is designed with a range of four different powers  ranging from 80 to 200 tons. The double-frame hydraulic press is specially designed to perform extraction, bushing, straightening , etc. work.

The S Series double-post hydraulic presses work with a  maximum hydraulic pressure of 320 BAR  to ensure greater durability  of the entire hydraulic system.

Structure

The S-Series double-post hydraulic presses consist of a four-post electro-welded frame with open sides .

The double-post hydraulic press has a  mobile bed that allows it to be positioned at different heights . It is fixed by means of two pins located at the bottom of the bed. The  raising and lowering system is by means of chains driven by the press cylinder . It includes two milled support blocks.

We can differentiate them into two models:

• Double-head hydraulic press SD models : They have a fixed head.
• Double-post hydraulic press SL models : They have a laterally movable head  fitted with a manual locking system. Movement by means of rolling.

Cylinder and Hydraulic Group

Double-acting cylinder with chrome-plated piston and  maintenance-free wear-resistant guides. It is equipped with a removable and interchangeable plunger to prevent damage to the piston.

Single speed motorized hydraulic group.

Glycerin pressure gauge with reading in tons.

Cylinder actuation by means of hydraulic lever distributor.

Electrical Installation and Security

Electrical installation provided with  motor guard with emergency stop .

They are supplied with an instruction manual.
