Machine Description

Design and technology

The KDP450TOP cabinet sandblaster is manufactured from durable materials and finished with an anti-corrosion coating. The top-opening construction combined with front doors sealed with rubber gaskets enables safe and ergonomic operation. The lower positioning of the blasting hose and the easily accessible drain opening allow quick abrasive replacement without dismantling components. The cabinet interior has been designed to maximise the use of working space while providing comfortable working conditions for the operator.

Precision and performance

Adjustable working pressure in the range of 4–8 BAR and air consumption of 400–1,000 L/min allow the operating parameters to be adapted to different materials. Thanks to the large viewing area and interior lighting, the operator maintains full control over the blasting process. The 580 × 270 mm viewing window ensures good visibility without blind spots, resulting in precise and even sandblasting.
